All pre-paid walks must be paid in advance via bank transfer.
CANCELLATION POLICY AGREEMENT
We understand that things come up and plans change resulting in clients having to cancel pre-booked and prepaid dog care. We have a limited number of dog walking slots available each day and once they are filled, we have to turn away any additional booking requests.
To be fair to our clients who occasionally need to change their scheduled and to ensure that our appointment slots are allocated to those that need the walking service, we require the following:
For our Walking Service please provide a minimum of 48-hours to receive a full refund
To avoid non-refundable fees please ensure you give at least 48 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule any pre-booked walks.
